(Yonkers, NY) – Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins joined the Matthew Wallace Foundation to give out candy to more than 1,000 children who otherwise may have not been able to trick-or-treat this year due to COVID-19.

The Mothers, a support group for grieving parents who lost their children, is set to bring back the the Annual Butterfly Release Ceremony at Yonkers City Hall by the Unity Fountain. This ceremony is held every year to remember all of our loved ones who grew their wings, and remind every mother (and mother figure)
